Disclaimer — scope of the service and absence of any visa guarantee
An essential document: it defines what Tworld does, what Tworld will never do, and how to protect yourself against immigration fraud.

1. Our commitment
Tworld supports and assesses every project using real indicators: documented consular requirements, demand rates for visa routes, completeness of the application, financial consistency, professional and academic profile, and mobility history.
The aim is to let the client know, before spending money, whether their profile is viable for the intended destination — and if not, which documents, timelines or alternative route would make their project credible.
All procedures are prepared from a single platform: diagnosis, checklist, documents, budget, step tracking and PDF export.
2. What Tworld never does
- Tworld is an information, analysis and application preparation platform. Tworld is not a government authority, an embassy, a consulate, a law firm, a regulated immigration adviser, or a recruitment agency.
- Tworld does not file any application on behalf of the client, does not submit any official request in the client's name, and maintains no representative relationship with any consular or immigration authority.
- Tworld never collects visa fees, consular charges, official application fees or any sum intended for a government body. Only the embassy, consulate or official body of the destination country is authorised to collect such amounts, through its own channels.
- No payment made on Tworld is made under any promise, guarantee or contractual likelihood of obtaining a visa. The subscription exclusively covers access to software services for information, assessment and methodological guidance.
- The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the destination country's authority, which rules with full discretion and no obligation to give reasons.
3. Scope of the success score
The score reflects the relative strength of an application against the known criteria of a procedure. A high score does not guarantee acceptance; a low score does not mean certain refusal.
The score changes as the client completes their file. It does not replace either legal advice or the official instructions issued by the competent authority.
4. Preventing immigration fraud
- Never buy a "guaranteed visa": no private entity in the world can guarantee a sovereign decision.
- Never pay official fees to a third party: consular fees are only ever paid through the official channels of the destination country.
- Refuse untraceable personal transfer payments and any promise to speed up a decision.
- Check that an employer appears on the official sponsorship register and that an institution is genuinely accredited.
- Never hand over your original documents to an unregulated intermediary.
5. Reporting
Any fraudulent approach claiming to be from Tworld should be reported to contact@tworld.com. Tworld will never ask for payment outside its billing portal.
Tworld does not collect any visa fees and does not guarantee any decision: the embassy of the destination country decides alone and entirely at its own discretion.
