Terms and conditions of use and sale

These terms govern access to the Tworld platform and subscription to the monthly plans. They must be accepted before any account is created.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms and conditions of use and sale (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Tworld platform, its website, its client application and all of its modules.

Creating an account requires express, prior and unreserved acceptance of the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer on the limits of the service. Acceptance is time-stamped and retained as evidence of consent.

The service is reserved for adults with full legal capacity, acting for their own mobility project or on behalf of a duly authorised third party.

2. Exact nature of the service

Tworld publishes mobility intelligence software. The service consists of centralising information, structuring an application file, producing quantified assessments and providing methodological guidance to the user, all from a single platform.

  • Tworld is an information, analysis and application preparation platform. Tworld is not a government authority, an embassy, a consulate, a law firm, a regulated immigration adviser, or a recruitment agency.
  • Tworld does not file any application on behalf of the client, does not submit any official request in the client's name, and maintains no representative relationship with any consular or immigration authority.
  • Tworld never collects visa fees, consular charges, official application fees or any sum intended for a government body. Only the embassy, consulate or official body of the destination country is authorised to collect such amounts, through its own channels.
  • No payment made on Tworld is made under any promise, guarantee or contractual likelihood of obtaining a visa. The subscription exclusively covers access to software services for information, assessment and methodological guidance.
  • The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the destination country's authority, which rules with full discretion and no obligation to give reasons.

3. Assessment, success score and indicators

Based on the data declared by the client and the documents they upload, the platform calculates a success score, suitability indicators, cost and timeline estimates, and consular checklists.

These results are statistical and methodological indicators intended to inform the client's decision, in particular to avoid incurring travel expenses for a non-viable profile. They constitute neither a promise of outcome, nor legal advice, nor any form of commitment.

The quality of the assessment depends directly on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client. Any inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent declaration distorts the score and is the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Client's role in the process

  • The client remains the sole applicant and sole party responsible for their application to the competent authority.
  • The client submits their own application to the embassy, consulate or official body, pays the official fees directly to them, and attends any appointments, interviews or biometric appointments in person.
  • The client systematically checks information with the official source before any financial commitment or purchase of travel tickets.
  • The client shall not present Tworld as an agent, representative or intermediary to any authority.

5. Client account and security

  • The account is strictly personal; sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
  • The client is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for any activity carried out from their account.
  • Tworld may suspend or close an account in the event of fraud, identity theft, forged documents, automated use, mass data extraction or a breach of the platform's security.

6. Monthly subscriptions and payment

Every new account benefits from a single free trial period of twenty-four (24) hours from its creation, giving access to all content and modules. Once this period expires, access is automatically and fully blocked until a paid subscription is activated. There is no permanent free tier.

Three monthly plans are available: Standard (USD 12/month), Premium (USD 18/month) and Gold (USD 35/month). The subscription renews automatically each month and the registered card is charged on every renewal date until the client cancels. The scope of each plan is described on the Pricing page and may evolve through the addition of features.

The subscription covers software access to a wide range of services required to prepare a visa application, whatever its nature and destination. It does not cover any administrative outcome.

Prices are shown in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable local taxes. Payment is due in advance for the whole period purchased.

7. Term, renewal and termination

  • The subscription is taken out for twelve (12) months from confirmation of payment.
  • The client may turn off renewal at any time from the Billing area; access remains open until the end of the paid period.
  • Tworld may terminate the agreement automatically, without refund, in the event of a serious breach: document fraud, resale of the service, circumvention of payment, or unlawful use.

8. Cancellation and refunds

No refunds are made. Subscriptions are paid in advance and become final upon confirmation of payment. Full terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which the client expressly accepts before subscribing. No refund may be requested on the grounds of a visa refusal, a deferral, a request for further documents, a change in immigration policy, or non-use of the service, as these events are outside the service provided.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its databases, its assessment engines, its scores, its interfaces, its visuals and its content are protected. Any reproduction, extraction, substantial reuse, resale or training of third-party systems using Tworld's content is prohibited without written authorisation.

The client retains ownership of the documents they upload and grants Tworld a licence strictly limited to the performance of the service.

10. Limitation of liability

  • Tworld is bound by a best-efforts obligation as to the availability, methodological relevance and reasonable updating of its content.
  • Tworld is not liable for decisions of the authorities, changes in regulations, consular processing times, errors or omissions by the client, or services provided by third-party partners engaged directly by the client.
  • Tworld cannot be held liable for indirect losses: flight tickets, bookings, official fees, loss of professional or academic opportunity, or non-material harm.
  • In any event, and save for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, Tworld's total liability is capped at the amount of the subscription actually paid by the client for the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Force majeure

Tworld cannot be held liable for any event beyond its reasonable control: border closures, health crises, conflict, suspension of immigration programmes, infrastructure failure of a supplier, or cyberattack.

12. Changes to the Terms

Tworld may amend the Terms to reflect legal, technical or functional developments. Clients are informed by email or notification within the application. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

The Terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office. Before taking any action, the client agrees to contact support in order to seek an amicable solution within thirty (30) days.

Failing agreement, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the publisher's registered office, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Tworld does not collect any visa fees and does not guarantee any decision: the embassy of the destination country decides alone and entirely at its own discretion.
