Refund and cancellation policy

The subscription is final and is not refunded under any circumstances. The client pays in advance for immediate software access, regardless of the authorities' decision or actual use.

1. No-refund principle

Tworld makes no refunds, whatever the reason given, including in the event of a visa refusal, deferral, withdrawal of an application, change of mobility project, non-use of the account, or change in immigration policy.

The subscription is taken out on a monthly basis, paid in advance and renewed automatically each month until the client cancels. Cancellation stops future renewals only: access remains open until the end of the period already paid for, with no refund. It becomes final upon confirmation of payment. Other than the single, free twenty-four (24) hour trial period granted when the account is created, there is no free tier and no cancellation clause with reimbursement.

The service provided is immediate software access to assessment, information and methodological support tools. The value of the service is delivered as soon as the account is activated, independently of the outcome of any consular procedure.

2. Non-refundable cases

  • Refusal, deferral, withdrawal or administrative silence in relation to a visa or residence permit application.
  • Change in immigration policy, closure of a programme, suspension of a border, or amendment of consular requirements.
  • Non-use, under-use or forgetting to use the subscription during the paid period.
  • Inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent declaration by the client that distorted their assessment or results.
  • Fees paid directly to an embassy, a consulate, a third-party provider or an employer: Tworld never collects these amounts and therefore cannot refund them.
  • The user's own decision: change of nationality, residence, family situation or destination after subscribing.

3. Sole exception: technical billing error

Only a confirmed duplicate charge attributable to a technical failure by Tworld or its payment provider may give rise to an adjustment, subject to written proof of the double billing and the absence of substantial use of the service between the two dates.

This adjustment is not a refund in the sense of a cancellation; it consists of correcting a technical payment error.

4. Renewal, upgrade and termination

  • Automatic monthly renewal is paid in advance and is non-refundable.
  • An upgrade to a higher plan (Standard to Premium, Premium to Gold) is charged pro rata for the remaining period and is non-refundable.
  • Early termination gives no entitlement to any refund, including for unused months.
  • Access remains open until the expiry date of the paid period if renewal is turned off.

5. Express acceptance

Creating an account and subscribing to a paid plan constitute express acceptance of this Refund Policy. The client acknowledges having been informed, before any payment, that their subscription is non-refundable.

6. Contact

Billing questions may be sent to contact@tworld.com. This address does not handle refund requests, which are inadmissible as a matter of principle.

Tworld does not collect any visa fees and does not guarantee any decision: the embassy of the destination country decides alone and entirely at its own discretion.
